Moberly Police Department Arrest Report 7/15/2024
The following incidents/arrests were investigated by the Moberly Police Department between the hours of 7am on 7/12/24 and 7am 7/15/24.
On July 12, 2024, Moberly Officers responded to the 800 block of Concannon St in reference to an assault. The victim told officers that 18-year-old Stephen Kuykendall stuck her numerous times in the face and back of the head. Kuykendall was placed under arrest for domestic assault and transported to the Randolph County Jail.
On July 12, 2024, a Moberly Officer attempted to stop a motorcycle on S. Williams St. The motorcycle failed to stop, and the operator was later found walking near the parked motorcycle. The 45-year-old man was placed under arrest and a glass methamphetamine pipe was found on his person. The man was transported to the Randolph County Jail.
On July 12, 2024, a Moberly Officer observed 42-year-old Randy Sager in the 400 block of Sampson St and placed him under arrest for a felony warrant out of Howard County. Sager was transported to the Randolph County Jail.
On July 13, 2024, Moberly Officers responded to the 700 block of Franklin St in reference an assault. The victim was found to have defensive wounds on his hands and told officers 52-year-old Jody Davis attacked him with a sword. Davis was placed under arrest and later transported to the Randolph County Jail.
On July 14, 2024, Moberly Officers responded to the 700 block of S. Clark ST in reference an assault. The victim told officers that she was shoved by a 37 year old man and sustained minor injuries. The man was placed under arrest for domestic assault and transported to the Randolph County Jail.
