No injuries were reported after an apartment fire in Fulton on Thursday, September 12, 2024.
The Fulton Fire Department and Central Callaway Fire Protection District responded to the 1300 block of Westview Street just before 9 on Thursday morning after a contractor working on the outside of the building heard smoke alarms going off and called it in.
Crews found a three-story, multi family structure with smoke coming from the third floor.
Everyone had been evacuated from the building.
Investigators say the fire started in the kitchen of one of the apartments and the cause was accidental.
