A Holts Summit woman has died following a two-car accident in Callaway County last (Wednesday) night.
According to the Missouri Highway Patrol online accident report it happened on U.S. 54 Westbound at Route J.
A vehicle driven by 49-year-old Juli A. Harris of Holts Summit had been in a previous crash and was stationary in the Westbound lanes of U.S. 54, when a vehicle driven by 61-year-old Hans E. Overton of Jefferson City struck the back of Harris’s vehicle.
Harris was pronounced dead at the scene.
Overton suffered minor injuries in the accident.
