The Supreme Court rules in favor of a Columbia, Missouri church who was seeking state money for needs.
The court ruled today (Monday) 7-2 in favor of the Trinity Lutheran Church saying that churches have the same right as other charitable organizations in seeking state money for projects such as new playground surfaces.
