The Missouri Military Academy swimming team competed at the state swimming competition in St. Peters on Saturday, November 16, 2024.

Cadet Batbileg Bataa placed 14th in state in the B finals for the 50 free.

The Colonels 200 yard freestyle relay team placed 14th.

Cadets Ethan Prentiss, Kenneth Burle, Clayton Reich and Batbileg Bataa made the B finals in the 200 Free Relay.

The 200 Medley Relay team missed the B finals by 0.3 seconds.

The Van-Far High School football team had their season come to an end on Saturday with a 49-8 loss in the Class 1 District 1 semifinals to number 1 ranked St. Vincent in Perryville.

The Indians ended the season with an 8-3 record.

The Kansas City Chiefs saw their 15-game win streak snapped after losing 30-21 to the Buffalo Bills in Buffalo yesterday (Sunday).

Patrick Mahomes finished 23 of 33 for 196 yards and three touchdowns, but also had two interceptions.

Kansas City still controls the top seed in the AFC with a record of 9-1, however the 9-2 Bills and the 8-2 Pittsburgh Steelers are close behind.

For the first time this season, Mizzou football is not ranked in the coaches poll.

The Tigers gave up a 70 yard touchdown drive the final seconds of the game to fall 34-30 at South Carolina on Saturday.
