South Shelby defeated Mid-Buchanan 28-26 in the Class 2 state quarterfinals.
South Shelby will play Fair Grove on Saturday, November 30.
The Bowling Green Bobcats avenged their only loss during the regular season by beating Valle Catholic 36-28 in the Class 2 state quarterfinals.
Bowling Green will take on Lamar at 1pm on Saturday, November 30.
Blair Oaks shut out Hallsville 49-0 in the Class 3 state quarterfinals.
Blair Oaks will play Maryville on Saturday, November 30th with a 1pm kickoff.
Warrenton outlasted West Plains 28-24 in the Class 4 state quarterfinals.
The Warriors will face Festus on Saturday, November 30.
And Helias beat Republic 24-21 in the Class 5 state quarterfinals.
The Crusaders play Lafayette (Wildwood) on Saturday, November 30.

The Kansas City Chiefs defeated the Carolina Panthers 30-27.
Though the game was not expected to be close, Carolina was ultimately defeated when Kansas City drove down-field to get kicker Spencer Shrader in range to kick a last-second field goal.
With its victory over the Panthers, Kansas City will maintain its lead for the No. 1 seed in the AFC playoffs with a record of 10-1.

The Missouri Tigers football team is ranked at 23rd in both the AP and Coaches Poll this week after defeating Mississippi State 39-20 on Saturday.
Missouri improved to 8-3 with just one more regular season game to play.

Mizzou hosts Arkansas on Saturday on Faurot Field at Memorial Stadium on Saturday with a 2:30 kickoff.
University of Missouri men’s basketball cruised to a 112-63 victory over Arkansas-Pine Bluff yesterday (Sunday) afternoon.
With the win, the Tigers improved to 5-1 on the season and 5-0 at Mizzou Arena.
Junior Mark Mitchell led the team with 20 points.
Up next the Tigers host Lindenwood on Wednesday night.

University of Missouri women’s basketball is set to face Syracuse at 5pm tonight (Monday) in the opening game of the Emerald Coast Classic in Florida. The Tigers enter the classic on a four-game win streak.

The St. Louis Blues fired head coach Drew Bannister yesterday (Sunday) and announced Jim Montgomery as his replacement.
Montgomery signed a five-year contract with the Blues just five days after he was relieved of his duties as Boston Bruins coach.
Montgomery returns to St. Louis after being an assistant there for two seasons from 2020-2022 under Craig Berube.
The Blues have missed the playoffs the past two seasons.
