The Community R6 Lady Trojans basketball team defeated Wellsville 45-21 on Tuesday night.
Community R-VI scoring leaders included Peyton Beamer with 23 points including four-three pointers.
Chloe Johnson contributed 8 points and collected 7 rebounds.
Aaliya Welch had 5 points and 5 rebounds.
Jocelyn Curtis chipped in 4 points and pulled down 8 rebounds.
Myla Carroll finished with 4 points.
And Rylee Rafferty rounded out the scoring with 1 points.

We made 15-21 FT attempts Tuesday night in a 45-21 win over the Wellsville Lady Tigers.
Our focus has been about making more free-throws and reducing the amount of turnovers we have per game.
We took that seriously and improved in both those categories in the win Tuesday night.
Lately our defense has been excellent in the first 8 minutes as we have allowed just 3 points in the first quarter of the last two games we have played.
I can’t tell you how much our team has grown in the first week of the season.
I am very excited to see what our ceiling can be this winter.
The Community girls improved to 3-1 on the season.
The University of Missouri men’s basketball defeated Lindenwood 81-61 at Mizzou Arena on Wednesday, November 27, 2024.
Tony Perkins led the team with a season-high 18 points off the bench.
With their sixth consecutive win, the Tigers improve to 6-1 on the season and 6-0 in Mizzou Arena.

The Chicago Bears face the Detroit Lions with an 11:30 kickoff.
The afternoon game features the New York Giants playing the Dallas Cowboys with a 3:30pm kickoff.
