High School playoffs resume today (Saturday) and checking out some of the games, the Country 96 Game of the Week will see South Shelby playing Fair Grove with a 2pm kickoff.
The Bowling Green Bobcats face Lamar at 2pm.
In Class 3 The Blair Oaks Falcons plays Maryville at 1pm.
Warrenton and Festus get together at 1pm in Class 4.
And Helias plays Republic at 1pm in Class 5.
The Kansas City Chiefs clinched a playoff berth after defeating the Las Vegas Raiders 19-17 at Arrowhead Stadium yesterday (Friday).
The Chiefs had to go to the wire to outlast the 2-10 Raiders, with the game being decided when Kansas City recovered a Las Vegas fumble with 11 seconds remaining.
The Chiefs then ran out the clock with one snap to secure another victory.
The Chiefs secured a playoff spot for the 10th straight season.
The 21st ranked Missouri Tigers football team will host Arkansas in the 2024 Border Line Rivalry game taking place in Columbia this (Saturday) afternoon.
Mizzou needs a win in its regular-season finale and its bowl game to record a second straight double-digit win season.
Missouri will hold its senior day ceremony before the game, with 27 total players including quarterback Brady Cook and wide receiver Luther Burden III.
Kickoff is set for 2:30.
