Arrests:

Mexico Public Safety reports the arrest of 18-year-old Daphne R. Bryant on a Wentzville Police Department arrest warrant on Sunday, December 1, 2024.

Calls for service:

Mexico Public Safety responded to the following calls for service over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend starting on Wednesday, November 27, 2024.

  • Suspicious person at 300 East Liberty.
  • Harassment at the South Jefferson apartment building.
  • Trespassing at 4820 South Clark.
  • Threats on Carrico/Singleton.
  • Stealing or theft on East Orange and at 4820 South Clark.

Mexico Public Safety went to these calls for service on Saturday, November 28, 2024:

  • A suspicious person on West Buchanan and at 1719 South Clark.

Mexico Public Safety went to these calls for service on Friday, November 29, 2024:

  • Assault with injury reported on South Olive.
  • Suspicious at East Monroe.
  • Sexual assault on Woodlawn.
  • Unwanted subject at Vance Road.
  • Harassment on South Olive.

Mexico Public Safety responded to these calls on Saturday, November 30, 2024:

  • Domestic physical incident at East Breckenridge and on East Seminary.
  • Unwanted subject at Quantico Road.
  • Domestic verbal incident on Tyronn Lue Boulevard.
  • Animal abuse or neglect at West Anderson.
  • Unwanted subject on West Love.

Car accidents:

No injuries reported following a two-car accident on Monroe at Abat on Friday, November 29, 2024.

According to the Mexico Public Safety accident report it happened when a vehicle driven by 37-year-old William Welch of Mexico was traveling east on Monroe, when a vehicle driven by 28-year-old Samantha Barnes of Mexico was backing out of a residential driveway and a collision happened.

 

Mexico Public Safety responded to a one-car accident at 1050 Agricultural on Saturday, November 30th.

According to the Mexico Public Safety accident report it happened when a vehicle driven by 22-year-old Dallas Isgrig of Knob Noster was northbound on Agricultural and slid off the east side of the road.

The vehicle traveled down the hill and struck the fence surrounding the wastewater treatment plant causing damage to the vehicle and the fence.

No injuries were reported.
