Mexico Public Safety Department reports the arrest of 35-year-old Robert A. Bashear for a DWI, First Offense, on Saturday, December 14, 2024.
28-year-old Christiana C. Harmon was arrested for a City of Mexico warrant on Sunday, December 15, 2024.
27-year-old Brandon M. Jones as arrested for DWI and Resisting Arrest on Monday, December 16, 2024.

- Suspicious person on East Central.
- Threats at West Monroe.

- Vehicle break-in at Adams Street.
- Suspicious person on North Western.
- Fraud at 4820 South Clark.

- Suspicious person on South Calhoun/Breckenridge and at Woodlawn.
- Stealing or theft at 1719 South Clark.

Car accidents:
A Mexico man is facing DWI charges after a vehicle accident in Mexico during the early morning hours of Monday, December 16, 2024.
According to the Mexico Public Safety accident report it happened when a vehicle driven by 35-year-old Robert Bashear of Mexico veered off the roadway and struck an unoccupied parked vehicle.
Bashear’s vehicle received disabling damage to the front right passenger tire.
The parked vehicle received minor damage to the back passenger tire.
Mexico Public Safety arrested Bashear for DWI, First Offense.
