Endangered Silver Advisory Canceled For Missing Hallsville Man

The following press release was sent from the Boone County Sheriff’s Office.

The Boone County Sheriff’s Office has cancelled an Endangered SILVER Advisory cancellation for a missing adult that occurred at 12091 N. Route B, Hallsville, MO at 5:00 p.m. on 12/22/20/24. 

The endangered SILVER advisory missing adult is:

Billy D. Miller, a white, male, age 68, hgt 5’08”, 187 lbs, brown hair, blue eyes, wearing a brown ball cap, brown jacket, green sweatpants and black shoes. 

Diagnosed Medical Condition(s): Dementia and paranoid delusional. 

Brief circumstances regarding the Endangered Silver Person cancellation:

Miller was located near his home by law enforcement.

The Boone County Sheriff’s Office has issued an Endangered SILVER Advisory for a missing adult that occurred at 12091 N. Route B, Hallsville, MO at 5:00 p.m. on 12/22/20/24. 

The endangered SILVER advisory missing adult is:

Billy D. Miller, a white, male, age 68, hgt 5’08”, 187 lbs, brown hair, blue eyes, wearing a brown ball cap, brown jacket, green sweatpants and black shoes. 

Diagnosed Medical Condition(s): Dementia and paranoid delusional. 

Brief circumstances regarding the Endangered Silver Person incident:

Miller left his apartment behind the residence at approximately 5:00 p.m. to go to the main residence to eat dinner.  He never arrived at the main house.  He does not carry any ID or trackable device. 

Anyone seeing the missing person, or anyone having any information related to the endangered missing person should immediately dial 911 to contact the nearest law enforcement agency or call the Boone County Sheriff’s Office at (573) 875-1111.
