Mexico Public Safety reports the arrest of 41-year-old James M. Huddler for nine Audrain County warrants on Monday, Feb. 3, 2025.
Mexico Public Safety responded to the following calls for service over the weekend starting on Friday, Jan. 31, 2025:
- Structure fire on North Olive.
- Threats at Rock Springs Drive.
- Trespassing on West Monroe and at North Mississippi.
- Domestic physical incident on Summit.
Public Safety went to these calls on Saturday, Feb. 1, 2025:
- Domestic physical incident at Mars.
- Threats on Rock Springs Drive and at 1109 East Liberty.
- Suspicious person on South Jefferson.
- Unwanted subject at North Western.
- Property damage on East Boulevard.
Mexico Public Safety responded to these calls for service on Sunday, Feb. 2, 2025:
- Suspicious person at MacFarlane.
- Shots fired on Hendricks/Washington.
- Stealing or theft at West Buchanan.
- Harassment on Fairground Road.
- Trespassing at West Monroe.
Mexico Public Safety responded to a two-car accident on Love at Western on Friday, Jan. 31, 2025.
According to the Mexico Public Safety accident report it happened when a vehicle driven by 83-year-old Phyllis Chase of Mexico pulled into the intersection causing a collision with a vehicle driven by 89-year-old Eugene Forsee of Mexico.
No injuries were reported.
