The following press release was sent from the Hannibal Police Department.
On Thursday, February 6, 2025, at approximately 1:48am officers were dispatched to 1 Red Devil Road for a traffic crash with injuries.
Officers found a vehicle had driven through concrete barricades and struck nine different vehicles in the parking lot, all of which were unoccupied.
The driver of the pickup, Cody Procasky, age 30 of Rolla MO, was transported for medical attention to a local hospital.
A passenger of the pickup was also transported for medical attention.
Procasky was arrested for DWI and issued citations for traffic offenses.
He was released with citations while still under medical care.
A criminal charge is merely an allegation and the defendant is, of course, presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
