According to the reporting, a woman told officers that Michael Ogden, who was the father of one her children, entered her home without knocking, after she had asked him to leave earlier in the evening.

Ogden allegedly entered her bedroom, where their son was sleeping and made comments about killing himself and she asked if she could call someone for him and that’s when Ogden allegedly pulled out a gun and held it to her head, warning her not to call the law.

According to the report from KJLU. com the victim said Ogden threatened to kill her if she called for her kids or woke their son up, then made comments about blowing his brains out all over her, so she would have to clean it up.

Ogden is a convicted felon who is not allowed to possess firearms.

Ogden is charged with first-degree kidnapping, first and fourth-degree domestic assault, first-degree burglary, armed criminal action, unlawful use of a weapon, unlawful possession of a firearm, first-degree harassment, and first-degree endangering the welfare of a child.
