One Arrest Made After Alleged Break In At North Callaway Middle School Buildings

A 19-year-old man and two juveniles were accused of breaking into two buildings at the North Callaway Middle School.

School officials called law enforcement on Friday, Mar, 21, 2025, and reported that three people broke into a school trailer during the evening hours of Thursday, Mar. 21, 2025.

Security footage showed the three entering and leaving the trailer and also showed them entering the school’s concession stand.

School employees reported missing fidget spinners, stress balls, flashlights, sodas and teas.

A witness also identified the three people as two juveniles and 19-year-old Taylor Killian.

According to court documents, when deputies talked to the juveniles they stated they entered the buildings and took the items, as well as some money.

Prosecutors charged Killian with three counts of Second Degree Burglary, two misdemeanor counts of Stealing, and Second Degree Property Damage.

Killian was released from the Callaway County Jail on a $5,000 bond.
