Thousands of people were eligible to become a part of a new operation in Missouri named Operation Relentless Pursuit.
Audrain County Sheriff’s Office is one of a few people that has been commissioned to take part in the operation.
Audrain County Sheriff Matt Oller says Duff is one of nine people statewide to be selected.
Duff will start his training to become a deputy with the United States Marshal’s Office next week.
