Mexico Public Safety Department reports the arrest of 40-year-old Nathan D. Sommer on Saturday, April 12, 2025 for 3rd Degree Kidnapping, 2nd Degree Sexual Misconduct and Fourth Degree Assault.
55-year-old Bobby J. Campbell was arrested on Saturday, April 12, 2025 for three Audrain County warrants.
34-year-old April L. Biggs was arrested on Saturday, April 12, 2025 for a Montgomery County warrant.
38-year-old Brenda L. Cooks was arrested on Saturday, April 12, 2025 for a Audrain County warrant.
Mexico Public Safety responded to the following calls for service over the weekend starting on Friday, April 11, 2025:
- Suspicious person at South Clark.
- Stolen vehicle reported on Woodlawn.
- Stealing or theft at South Elmwood Drive and on Quantico Road/Buchanan.
- Harassment at East Seminary.
- Unwanted subject on North Western and at West Breckenridge.
- Trespassing on South Calhoun.
- Careless and imprudent driver at West Boulevard and East Promenade.
Public Safety went to these calls on Saturday, April 12, 2025:
- Domestic physical incident on Morningside Drive.
- Kidnapping at West Monroe.
- Suspicious person on Tripoli.
- Peace disturbance at Alabama.
- Stealing or theft on North Jefferson.
- Property damage at 4820 South Clark and on West Breckenridge.
- Domestic physical incident at the South Clark apartment building.
- Trespassing on North Western.
- Ex-parte violation at the Hassen apartment building.
Mexico Public Safety responded to these calls for service on Sunday, April 13, 2025:
- Careless and imprudent driver on East Breckenridge.
- Stealing or theft at Vance Road.
- Suspicious person at Hardin Park.
- Assault without injury on Rivers Drive.
Car accidents:
No injuries reported following a two-car accident on Western at Monroe on Sunday, April 13, 2025.
According to the Mexico Public Safety accident report it happened when a vehicle driven by 18-year-old Casey Jerome Minter of Mexico made a left hand turn in front of a vehicle driven by 54-year-old Dawnette Marie Dike of Mexico and a collision happened.
According to the accident report both vehicles were able to be driven from the accident.
