Graves Bond Review Hearing Today
A Bond Review Hearing scheduled today at 10am in Audrain County Circuit Court, for 75-year-old Jimmy R. Graves, of Mexico. He is facing multiple felony charges related to alleged child sexual abuse spanning more than 15 years.
The charges include: Three counts of first-degree child molestation, Three counts of first-degree statutory sodomy, Two counts of first-degree statutory rape. According to a probable cause statement, one victim Reported being repeatedly abused while staying at Graves’ home between fifth and eighth grade.
The victim and their siblings reportedly spent several nights each week at the residence. Court documents indicate these incidents occurred between July 2008 and April 2011.
Graves remains in custody at the Audrain County Jail without bond.
