Mexico to Start Tree Planting Downtown

Mexico’s downtown is getting a spruce up. The city council is moving forward with a tree planting. Councilman Larry Webber on the August 26th KXEO Morning Meeting says 36 trees will be planted in the next year, to make downtown more attractive to visitors and business investors.

Still to be decided, who will do the planting. Webber says the city will schedule 4 hours weekly for planting preservation.
