Little Dixie Fire names new Chief

Little Dixie Fire Protection District has announced the appointment of Jason Henry as its new Fire Chief. Henry has years of service in Fire Protection, Prevention, Emergency Response and EMS as a Paramedic

Henry most recently served the City of Hastings and Adams County, Nebraska holding the rank of Captain, which in Nebraska is equivalent to Little Dixie’s rank of Battalion Chief.

He has served in multiple leadership roles in both Fire and Emergency Medical services across the States of Nebraska and California, and brings a depth of experience in Crisis Management, Medical Response as a Paramedic and Fire Service Leadership.

Chief Henry is married to his wife Tammy and they have adult children.

A projected start date for Chief Henry is October 1, 2025
