An arraignment scheduled for today in Boone County court for 47-year-old Brandon Butchkoski. He’s the Columbia man indicted by a Boone County grand jury for setting two house fires on Paris Road earlier this summer — one that claimed a life.
He faces charges of second-degree murder, two counts of first-degree arson, and possession of a controlled substance.
Butchkoski is being held without bond in the Boone County Jail.
