On the eve of the college football transfer portal opening, Missouri lost two more players yesterday who intend to transfer. Freshman Offensive Lineman Keiton Jones and freshman Corner Shamar McNiel will both be exiting the program.

Missouri is set to have several visitors on campus this weekend, and expect some news later today on possible additions to the program.

Missouri linebacker Josiah Trotter has announced that he is entering the NFL draft.

The No. 2 Texas Longhorns women’s basketball team defeated the Missouri Tigers 89-71 in their SEC opener last night at the Mizzou Arena.
Missouri came out firing, taking a double-digit lead early in the first quarter., but Texas pulled away in the second half, outscoring the Tigers 48-33.
Grace Slaughter led the Tigers with 20 points, while Madison Booker of Texas posted her fifth double-double of the season.
Turnovers were a major factor, as Missouri committed a season-high 30 turnovers, leading to 36 points for the Longhorns.
