Moberly knocks down nuisance properties

In proceedings from the Moberly City Council meeting, the city approved abatement proceedings on three properties across the city, including 802 West Rollins Street, 1214 Myra Street and 405 South Ault Street. City of Moberly City Manager Scott McGarvey explains the abatement program is a win-win for both neighborhoods and potential investors.

McGarvey adds that despite incurring up-front costs in the demolition, the city is able to recoup that costs.
