Mizzou softball went (2-2) in the first two days of the regular season, playing in the NFCA Division I Leadoff Classic in Clearwater, Fla. this weekend.
The Tigers opened the season on Friday with a 7-4 extra inning loss to Penn State and a 3-0 shutout loss to #5 Oregon.
Mu then rebounded with two wins on the second day as it run-ruled Liberty, 13-2, and rounded out the day with a 9-6 victory over BYU.
