Four car accident injures two in Morgan County
A 21-year-old California, Mo man and a 61-year-old Owensville woman were hospitalized after a four-vehicle crash Friday night in Morgan County.
The Owensville woman was traveling westbound on U.S. 50, just west of Old U.s. 50 around 9:52 p.m. when her 2025 Nissan Altima crossed the center of the road, and sideswiped a 2004 Honda Odyssey minivan, driven by a 40-year-old Tipton man, that was traveling east. She then struck the California man’s 2025 Hyundai Elantra head on.
A 2013 Honda Accord, driven by a 58-year old Windsor woman, then struck the California man’s car in the rear.
The Windsor woman and Tipton man were not listed as injured in Missouri State Highway Patrol Crash report. The Owensville woman suffered serious injuries and the California man suffered moderate injuries and were taken to University Hospital.
All individuals were reported wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash, according to the Highway patrol.
