Blue Springs Man Charged with Nine Child Sex Crimes in Pettis County

A Blue Springs man faces nine child sex crime charges in Pettis County.

34-year-old Brice Story is accused of sexually assaulting the same victim multiple times between August 2024 and June 2025.

Court records show Story is charged with three counts each of second-degree statutory rape, first-degree endangering the welfare of a child, and incest.

He appeared by video for his arraignment Monday from the Pettis County Jail.

A status hearing is scheduled for March 31 at the Pettis County Courthouse.
