A Blair Oaks school bus driver accused of assaulting a student will not face criminal charges.
The incident happened April 1st and was reported to authorities Wednesday morning after the school district contacted a resource officer.
The Cole County Sheriff’s Office initially requested a fourth-degree assault charge following an investigation.
