A Mexico man that suffered a traumatic brain injury in an April 1st crash, was charged Friday with DWI – Serious Physical Injury and a misdemeanor charge of Operating a Motor Vehicle in a Careless and Imprudent Manner, Involving an Accident.
William Ray Johnson was driving a 2015 Cadillac SUV southbound in the 4800 block of South Clark Street in Mexico when he attempted to pass a vehicle on the shoulder, failed to make a curve and drove off the right side of the roadway.
