A new murder case has been filed against a Fulton man accused in the 1991 killing of his classmate.
William Christopher Niemet is scheduled for arraignment June 16.
He was originally charged in 2020 in the fatal shooting of Greg Jones, when both were teenagers.
Niemet has pleaded not guilty.
A trial set for 2023 was delayed and never moved forward. Court documents say multiple witnesses told police Niemet admitted to the killing.
He was initially taken into custody in 1991, but the juvenile case was later dropped.
