Boonville Woman Pleads Guilty in Second Nonprofit Theft Case

A Boonville woman has pleaded guilty in a second nonprofit theft case.

Jennifer Waibel admitted to using company credit cards while employed by Impact Support Services in Boone County to purchase more than $13,000 in gift cards for personal use.

Waibel pleaded guilty to two counts of fraudulent use of a credit card and one count of stealing.

She was sentenced to five years of supervised probation and ordered to pay restitution.

The plea comes just weeks after Waibel received probation and shock detention for stealing nearly $50,000 from another nonprofit, Unlimited Opportunities Incorporated, in Cooper County.
