A Columbia man is in custody after authorities say they found child sexual abuse material and psilocybin mushrooms.
42-year-old Daniel Haase was arrested after the Boone County Sheriff Office’s Cyber Crimes Task Force received a tip, and traced the IP address to Haase’s computer.
They executed a search warrant yesterday and found 75 videos and over 400 images of CSAM, as well as psilocybin mushrooms in Haase’s house.
Prosecutors charged him with Possession Of Child Pornography and Possession Of Controlled Substance.
He was taken to the Boone County Jail and is being held without bond.
