A former employee at Planet Fitness in Columbia has filed a new lawsuit against a male employee who is accused of filming women in the building.
Kenneth Steele was a fitness trainer who pleaded guilty to invasion of privacy on April 6th, and received two years of probation.
The plaintiff in this new civil case, a former female employee, says that she used to use the tanning beds at the facility when she was off duty, and alleges that Steele would hide a camera in a towel holder to watch women undress.
The civil lawsuit accuses Steel of invasion of privacy as well.
