Columbia police are investigating two shootings that occurred within minutes of each other Wednesday afternoon, leaving a juvenile and an adult man injured.
Officers first responded to reports of gunfire at the Greens at Columbia apartment complex on Clark Lane, where they found a juvenile male suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
He was taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Shortly afterward, police received another shots-fired call on Godas Drive and located an adult male with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound near Keene Street.
No arrests have been made, and investigators are working multiple scenes.
Police say there is no ongoing threat to the public, but it remains unclear whether the two shootings are connected.
