A Perry man was seriously injured after falling from a boat and being run over by a trailer at Mark Twain Lake Sunday night.
according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the 46-year-old passenger fell from the side of a boat when the truck pulling it hit a bump while traveling around a roundabout near the Robert Allen boat ramp.
The boat trailer then ran over the man, who was airlifted to the University Hospital in serious condition.
The incident happened about nine miles west of Perry in Monroe County.
