Back-to-School Sales Tax Holiday Starts Today Until Saturday Night
This weekend is Missouri’s annual Back-to-School sales tax holiday, which started this morning at 12:01 a.m. and will go until 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, August 9.
A news release from the Missouri Department of Revenue says that the tax holiday exempts computers, school supplies, clothing, and other qualifying items from all state and local sales tax until the weekend concludes.
Anyone who makes a qualified purchase may participate in the holiday.
