The St. Louis Cardinals fell to the Philadelphia Phillies 6-5 last night at Busch Stadium, despite a late-inning comeback attempt by the Redbirds.

The Phillies held on to beat the Cardinals after building a four-run lead.
Edmundo Sosa drove in three runs, while Kyle Schwarber reached base four times.
St. Louis rallied for three runs in the eighth to make it close, but Jonathan Bowlan shut the door in the ninth for his first MLB save.
