A Jefferson City man is being held without bond after Columbia police say that they found child sexual abuse material on his phone.
44-year-old George H. Haynes III was arrested after officers executed a search warrant, allegedly looking for evidence of drug-related offenses, but instead, they reportedly found images of CSAM.
Prosecutors charged Haynes with seven counts of Possession Of Child Pornography.
Haynes was being held without bond.
Camden County Prosecutors have charged a Hermann pastor, John Hampton, 32, with sexual abuse of a child in a case involving two children over the span of four to five years. Prosecutors consider Hampton a danger to the community because of access allowed by his profession.
