Fulton Firefighters Quickly Extinguish Commercial Fire
The Fulton Fire Department responded to a commercial structure fire Thursday evening in the 2400 block of North Bluff Street.
Firefighters arrived around 6:34 p.m. and found smoke coming from the building’s eaves and roof vent, along with a tree limb on the roof that had a power line pinned underneath it.
Crews entered the building and extinguished the fire in about seven minutes.
Officials say the fire started naturally in the attic. No injuries were reported.
Twenty fire personnel responded, along with the Central Callaway Fire Protection District, Fulton Police and Callaway County Ambulance.
