Higbee Man Faces Bond Review Today
A 29-year-old Higbee man is scheduled for a bond review hearing today in Randolph County Court.
Aaron Roe is facing felony charges of first-degree harassment and first-degree property damage.
The charges stem from an argument in which deputies say Roe damaged a woman’s iPhone.
The woman also accused Roe of slapping her and making a threatening statement.
Roe denies touching the woman.
Roe remains in the Randolph County Jail. His bond review hearing was scheduled for 1:30 this afternoon.
