The Tigers erupted for 35 unanswered points after the game was tied 10-10 in the second quarter, completely dismantling the previously undefeated Gators.
Missouri quarterback Austin Simmons delivered a stellar performance, passing for 340 yards and two touchdowns.
Running back Jamal Roberts anchored the ground attack, rushing for 211 yards and three touchdowns, highlighted by explosive second-half scoring runs of 77 and 80 yards.
Meanwhile, the Tigers’ defense suffocated Florida’s offense, holding the SEC’s leading ground game to a mere 42 total rushing yards.
