Moberly Mobile Home Park Still Without Water
United Way of Randolph County is helping 30 households in a Moberly mobile home park that has been without running water for seven days.
Riley’s Mobile Home Park lost water service around October 8 after a privately owned wastewater pump station failed.
United Way is providing bottled water, ready-to-eat meals, hygiene supplies and portable toilets to affected residents.
City officials say water service could be restored Friday, pending water system disinfection and laboratory testing.
Meanwhile, water and sewer service returned Thursday to three nearby businesses, which remain under a boil water advisory.
