St. Robert Murder Charge
A Pulaski County woman is facing a second-degree murder charge following a police chase and fatal crash in August.
Prosecutors charged Gracie Hutchinson Tuesday with second-degree murder, aggravated fleeing and unlawful use of a weapon.
Authorities say Hutchinson fired shots from a truck near St. Robert before leading police on a chase August 30th.
The truck crashed into a tree at about 65 miles per hour, throwing Hutchinson and her passenger through the windshield.
The passenger later died at University Hospital. Hutchinson’s bond is set at 500-thousand dollars, with her next court hearing scheduled for November.
