Fayette Man Dies in Crash North of Columbia on Friday
On the evening of 09/16, 23-year-old Alexander Mears of Fayette, missed a curve on North Wagon Trail Road near Columbia and rolled several times. Boone County emergency personnel were unable to revive Mears and he was pronounced deceased at the scene. The passenger, an adult female, was transported to a local hospital.
