Mexico Public Schools reporting no new cases of COVID-19 in their population today (Wednesday). There are 34 in quarantine and 77 in modified quarantine.
Five new cases of COVID-19 being reported in Audrain County this (Wednesday) afternoon. The Audrain County Health Department is reporting a total of 75 active cases with 51 in Mexico and 13 in Vandalia. There have been 1,629 total cases and 50 deaths since the pandemic began nearly a year ago.
More COVID-19 vaccine doses are being ordered by both the Audrain County Health Department and Arthur Center Community Health. The Health Department has received 400 doses so far with 400 more on order.
