The Monroe City School District is tabling the issue of a 4 day week for now. Superintendent Dr. Tracy Bottoms says during a meeting in May there were some concerns expressed by community members about the 4 day week. Dr. Bottoms says that the school board may revisit this issue in the future.
A Monroe City High School Graduate recently finished in the top 10 of a pharmacists clinical skills competition held in Las Vegas.
