In high school basketball action last (Tuesday) night the Paris Boys defeated Marion County 68-39.

Brett Miller returned to the team after recovering from a surgery for ACL damage to his knee, he scored 15.

Konner Heitmeyer led the coyotes with five three pointers for a game total of 21.

 

The Monroe City Boys routed South Shelby 72-25 last (Tuesday) night.

The Panthers improved to 16-3 overall for the season.

 

The Monroe City girls won in dramatic fashion 53-52 over South Shelby with a game winning shot from Jada Summers.

Summers hit a game winning three pointer with just under 2 seconds left in the game.
