A judge in the 12th circuit court has ruled the East Central Drug Task Force violated the Sunshine Law.
Judge Rachel Bringer Shepherd said the violations were not purposeful, and there was no plan for the violations to occur. Allegedly, a St. Louis County man was denied attendance to a meeting of the executive board. Additionally, the meeting was not announced ahead of time and the meeting agenda was not posted, nor was a records custodian designated.
