The new Missouri State License Plates will be revealed at the state capitol today.
The new plate will become available on January 1, 2019.
The plates are in celebration of Missouri’s bicentennial in 2021.
The design was decided by vote of the public and private hearings held by the Bicentennial License Plate Advisory Committee. It was the most easily readable of the options provided.
A ceremony will be held at 3:00 in the House Lounge on the third floor.
