Mexico residents will have a rate increase on the refuse rates by only a dime.
The Mexico City Council voted on the increase at last (Monday) nights monthly meeting.
Mexico Mayor Greg Miller says it is less than anticipated.
The rate increase will take effect on April 1st this year.
