The Centralia Police Department arrested 3 area residents early this morning on drug charges after they fled from officers.
Nicholas Potter and Ryan Blair, of Mexico and Shelby Martin of Centralia were taken into custody just before 4AM.
Blair is charged with possession of a controlled substance and 2 counts of resisting arrest.
Potter is charged with possession of a controlled substance and tampering with physical evidence.
Martin is being held on charges of delivering a controlled substance, 2 counts of possession of a controlled substance and 2 counts of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
They are all being held in the Boone County Jail.
